Had to cut off my cell because the bills were driving me nuts. Anyways it's a hella nice phone, takes a Sandisk Memory stick for MP3, picture, and video storage. Includes headphones, USB cable for song/picture/video transfer, 3 Chargers (2 wall chargers 1 car chager) and a 256mb memory stick.

The phone is made by AT&T (Cingular) so I'm sure you could just go get them to activate it or put your Sim Card into it if you already have AT&T.

Phone plays MP3's, has a 2.0 Megapixel Camera, Walkman Feature, Headphones, bluetooth, infrared transfer. I have the original box, paperwork, chargers, cables, everything.

Has a small ding in the side of it where i dropped it and it hit a corner, but that's it, no scratches on the screen or anything.
