my current set up is a DC header (usdm) that connects to a JDM mugen exhaust on a straight pipe ( i have no cat converter)

i dont know too much about this ****, but im bout to buy some JDM DC 4-1 header (fucked my current ones up) and i been told the collecter pipe is 2.5 inches

will this fit fine? or will i have to get some welding done?

i figure its not going to fit fine, since the current set up is a DC header us that im assuming is 2.25 in collector

but am not 100% sure, if anyone knows anything id appreciate it

i put that same header onto my integra and it bolted up perfectly fine...

 

really i was told the 2.5 inch is larger than the cat converter pipe thing (im assuming you have a cat converter) or did you bolt it to the test pipe

 

you need a jdm ITR cat convertor or a 2.5 inch straight pipe. the usdm cat will not work. you are correct the flange is only 2.25 usdm.
