My Brother Civic just died on him couple week ago...his fuel pump doesn't turn on....he has no voltage going though it and his fuse pop when he try to start it up...i wonna say it the fuel pump relay but im not sure...im just hoping he doesn't have a short somewhere can you guy help me out here...i wonna buy his car for a dirty cheap price

it a 96 Civic Hatch with a Gsr Turbo swap on it...that what i told him to do first check his main relay too
