97 accord EX, F22b1 - need help identifing this part (please help)!!

Hello folks!
I'm putting my motor together (f22b1) and i've already put the head on the block, oil pan is in but not fully tighten, i was putting all the stuff for the timing belt together and found this in one of the boxes where i storaged the old parts.
Can you tell me what part is this, and where it goes... possibly.. even tell me what it does?! Thanks a lot for the replies, thanks in advance!!!!

That would be your Crank TDC and CKP sensor. It determines your ignition timing at startup. It attaches to the front of your oil pump housing. I'll try and find some pics for ya.
