AFAIK the bose units use odd impedance speakers and you'd have to rip out everything audio wise and re-wire it all. I was at first not pleased with how "hard" or lack thereof, the subwoofer hit and I can't even add anything onto my system w/o major and expensive work.

yep tell me about it i was at the store to buy a new head unit and i get great news that i cant and i was extremly mad for the rest of the day
