caught red handed... help me find this fool eh?

help us get this guy... it sucks that its actually another integra stealing this integra... suckers didnt realize the cars head was broken so we went down the street and found his car abandoned and hand stripped (intake, wires, stereo, stupid **** like that)
he has an ls and is right behind the trailor... ull see it drive off

it looked like he ran the car over the curb or ran the bumper into the curb, reversed, and stalled, then started the car and left.
