I swear this EXACT post is made 3x a week. Common sense would say NO, it does NOT void your warranty unless something goes wrong that was directly caused by the INTAKE itself. I.e - exhaust goes bad and there's no problem. Your car throws a CEL because of the MAF incorrectly reading, then you have a warranty problem.
