I purchased this swap from H-Motors online in August (have receipt). It came with approximately 20,000 km and works great. I installed it into my EP3 and drove it for roughly 2500 mi. I just changed the oil for the first time at 2000 mi. I have decided to part out my car and get into something AWD turbo. Everything works flawlessly and feels brand new. I just had the motor KPRO tuned by Evans Tuning (best tuner on the East Coast). The car made 223whp with bolt ons. He said the motor was unusually strong.

From H-Motors online I paid $5600 plus $300 shipping and $150 in fees because I put the motor on a credit card. I have $6050 into this motor.

I am looking to get rid of it for $5400 picked up or $5600 shipped to the east coast (OBO). I would prefer to sell it to someone within a 2 hour radius of my home (Buffalo, NY). If that is the case, I can deliver the motor for gas money. I am also willing to drive to Canada to deliver. If you live farther away (NYC, NJ, Southern PA) I am willing to work driving arrangements out.

Just to clarify the swap includes:

JDM K20A Motor with all sensors and electronics (223whp with bolt-ons)
JDM Type R 6sp LSD Transmission
Wire Harness
Header
Stock clutch

I also have a Centerforce dual friction clutch and ACT flywheel that can be added to the deal for $400. I can also add KPRO for $800 and an ARC air intake for $300.
