My car just got out of a fire. If the head and block is still fine. can I swap it into a civic with civic belts, power steering components, alternater stuff, etc? I wont be doing the swap, but I would like to know what the expect before I consider alternative means of permanent transportation such as buying another car and make. thanks

 

First of all...what kind of car do u have. If your are refering to a B18, it will swap into an EG civic, but you will need integra motor mounts

 

yeah, we need more info.

 

came out of a gsr. the car is stock. the engine i am gonna salvage is a B18C1.

That sucks. Hopefully nothing warped or cracked on the engine due to the temperature.

 

all the plastic parts are all melted, but everything else looks ok...
