WHAT COLOR!!???
White wheels would complement your civic nicely.. This doesn't really have any technical info in here, and therefore, doesn't belong.

To clarify, the OP's car is Cypress Green Pearl, the blueish green color that came on the '96-'97 USDM Civic coupes and sedans. This is not the same color as Clover Green Pearl, the green with a somewhat goldish pearl tint to it that came on the '98-'00 USDM Civic coupes and sedans.
Here is a photo of the color. Bets I could find on short notice.

I don't really like white wheels on well, any color. The stock Honda wheels that came in white (well, some of them) only get away with it because they're stock and Honda put money into making sure it's the right color.
If it were Clover, I'd say gold or bronze, but with the blue tint of the paint I think either would clash. I'd stick with silver. Classic, clean, and won't clash with your blue green paint.
Oh, and that color shows oxidation easily, so keep it well detailed to keep it from looking dull.
