Are you looking to paint it a different color? Or are you looking to make it look better? If you are only trying to spruce up the paint do yourself a favor and look into getting some professional detailing work done. I have seen things that you wouldn't beleive from a buffer in the hands of a skilled professional.

 

well my qp was rusting so i fixed it my self i just really want to get the scratches fixed and my bumpers repainted but id rather just get the whole car painted.

how is the paint? you might get away with just a new clear coat after you sand.

the QP has some rust. I wanna shave the side molding. and theres like a few deep scratched on the top of the car... and bumpers are **** id just buy new ones but I want the bumpers and **** to be aligned
