Default power steering res. relocation. - engine bay wire tuck/shaving

Im in the process of wire tucking/ shaving my engine bay. its pretty hard because im keeping ps, abs, cruise, and ac.

im working on the driver side. and im wondering if you can relocate the power steering reservoir to under the driver side head light.

is the it a gravity feed system or does the pump create suction. would there be any adverse side effects.

im keeping the hard lines where they are except where the return from the power steering rack loops up and into the other hard line (by the radiator/ ac compressor area) i will put a line running to the new location (under the head light). and the pump line to the pump

hope it not to confusing i wrote it a clear a possible
thanks and yes i did search

I noticed a lot of people doing wire tuck's end up removing ac/abs/and power steering.
