**PICS**burnt wires....Please help

hey guys i took the dash out to do a wire tuck and i found some burnt wires... i was wondering if you need the harnes behind the dash that goes from behind the radio to the harness by the ecu.... im sure i do but it looks like it is used for all the ac and heater componets as well as the air bag.... some of these wires are burnt pretty bad so i was just gonna get rid of all of it b/c im not running ac anyways
