Can an rsx type s swap be made in a 5th gen accord and still be smog legal? what other swaps besides h22 can be smog legal? thanks.

 

Smog legal? I doubt it

From what I've heard doing the H swap can be difficult depending on the situation (ie 96/97 with a 95 swap won't fly as it downconverts to OBDI)

Wouldn't you mean the K24 from Accord/TSX (as that's what the Hasport Mounts are aimed at) if you do that in an OBDII car (96/97) I dont see why it couldn't be smog legal. But I"m not a Californian
