help on suspension .

hi i have a 96 integ ls and im trying to put on my coilovers but they wont fit cause theres a metal sleeve around it and i cant get it out to get the shock sleeve out . if you understand please help thank you.

The sleeves (part 12) are removeable. WHat do the installation instructions say?
