Default Pics posted. GSR swapped EG axles.

Pics at bottom of page

Alright so i drive pizzas for a living and my axles started knocking in my 94+ gsr swap eg civic hatchback . i bought b-series axles cause every where i looked said thats what i needed. I put the new ones next to the old bad ones and they definitely are not the same size. do i have to buy hybrid ones from hasport or raxles or is there a cheaper way. I work at 11 tomorrow so obviously i;m going to have to call in or borrow a car.

any suggestions

you need 94+ integra axles any model EXCEPT Type R (i'm also assuming you will need NON-ABS axles)...you can also use axles from a 94-97 Del Sol VTEC or a 99-00 Civic SI

sounds like they gave you the wrong axles.

If it's definitely an axle problem, hasport should fix it:

http://hasport.com/products/axles.htm

"92-00 Civic, 94-01 Integra, 93-97 Del Sol

Part#: EGBAX

2 Custom axle shafts for use with the B-Series engine swap with a hydro transmission completely assembled with CV joints and boots."

bullshit....ITR axles are bigger where the shaft goes into the hub and will not fit without ITR hubs.

93-97 del sol VTEC????? i said 94-97 del sol VTEC because in 1993 there was NO del sol VTEC.

future reference, don't correct my information with your misinformation.

kthxbye

Default pics

these are the old and new axles.

The bottom new ones are gsp new cv halfshafts item #NCV21525 for any b-series motor but for my sake b18c1, specific models are listed many times above.

The top one is the old torn boot axle from passenger side. the inner joint appears identical but the outer joint is something funky, at least to me.
