yes, absolutely. dont expect huge power gains, but anytime you can reduce the rotational weight of the drive train is good. I use an exedy lightened flywheel with an exedy stage 2 cerametalic clutch on my turbo set up.

on a mild moded motor like yours you should notice a little quicker acceleration even if it is only good for a few ( 1-5 ) extra hp. it will at least rev smoother.

if you decide to keep it N/A look into getting a set of AEM Tru Power under drive pulleys and a set of light wieght forged 16" or 17" wheels. this will help too. remember, the lighter the wheels, the less power it takes to spin them.

before i turbo'd my 02 rsx-s i had simple bolt-ons like you. exedy flywheel and stage 2 clutch, AEM pulleys, AEM V2 cai, DC Sport 4-2-1 race header, tanabe racing medalion exaust, and custom grounding kit. stock the car put down 171whp
and 129wtq. with those mods it made 193whp and 139wtq. then i got the Hondata K-Pro ECU and had it tuned and it put down 205whp and 143wtq. its all in the tuning bro. i then took it to the local drag strip. stock ran a 15.2 @ 94mph, with all those bolt ons and dyno tuned it ran 14.6 @ 101mph spinning up to 3rd gear. lol

I dont have specific figures, and i dont track my car but I put a stage II spec clutch with a matched pressure plate and a lighter flywheel ( fidanza ). It is deffinitely something you can tell a difference although it took some getting used to because the rev's dropped a WHOLE lot faster than they used to ! Actually faster than I would really have wanted.

yeah, that is one big downfall of the lighter flywheels. and as honda owners, we all know what dropping out of our sweet spot or vtech means........loss in power! lol
