Default my integra is acting like a vw: electrical issue

i was driving home tonight and suddenly the dash board lights, parking lights and licence plate light go out. the brake lights still work when i press on the brake and when i turn the turnsignal stalk on, the low beams go on.

the ft turnsignal light fuse (bottom lefthand corner, to the right of the fuse puller tool) is fine. when i put a meter to it, it read a millivolt or so when i turned on the parking lights. when i turned it off, it read zero.

when i put a meter to the terminals of the fuseblock for the parking light, dash and licenceplate light (middle top of the fuseblock), it read zero when the stalk was off. it read +12V when it was on. the fuse was blown. when i put another 10amp fuse in and turned on the lights, it blew right away.

i hoping there is a pinched wire somewhere at the taillights, licenceplate light harness. i removed both recently and put them back on it a hurry.

however i can't think of an explanation for front parking lights

the hazzard works as well as the turnsignals front and rear. but they're the same lights that are used in the front for both parking and signaling don't work.

insight anyone? it's a 1995 if it matters has anyone experienced this before? after looking at the harnesses that attach to the lights, what next? should i pull the fusebox? wish me luck as i look through the electrical section of the helms....

edit: or could it be a bad headlight switch in the stalk?

you can try putting in a bigger fuse but one of ur wires are loose or pinched somewhere for it to blow like that after replacing it. also check over ur other fuses.
