Sedan front doors are smaller, so no they wouldn't fit on a 2 door.

even though they won't fit, to answer your other question, YES they are authentic.

As for being "Recaro" panels, I guess they say that because the tweed material is the same as what is used in the center section of the ITR seats. (USDM and JDM, and EDM and wherever else)

I've got RHD panels in my R, all you do is swap the switches.

I would go ahead and say they are authentic. For someone selling them at $200 some odd dollars for all 4 and switches, I'd say it's a good deal. Especially if it arrives at your door in the same condition as some of the pics I've seen. I bought my 2 door ITR panels a few years back for $150 without switches.

I don't think anyone would actually take the time to swap out the panel fabric with like material and put in switches for such a low price. I could be wrong.........

And a side note, I don't think there's a difference between "RHD" door panels and "LHD" door panels. They all fit the same and the holes for the switches and everything else are the same. The only difference I've been able to see are the switches themselves. I only say that because I was able to fit the JDM RHD switches on my original "usdm" tan panels as if it were RHD without any modifications.
