And can someone direct me to where I can order these from the dealer for a good price?

ya, I have gunmetal HX rims on the front of my car (in my avatar) and I love the way they look, I just think they are too small and not wide enough.

I have to have spacers between the rim and my rotor in order to clear my STOCK brakes

 

Those wheels pretty light??

I would like some to throw on when I get to the track, once again I was thinking slips but I dont know.

somebody buy mine please. pics will be up in exactly one week. i went to America's Tire Co. today and ordered 195/60-14 *Falken Azenis* This alone costed me $240. My wheels were painted by me in a 3 step process. 1 stripped to bare material with aircraft stripper 2 primered 3 spray painted =P Took 4 hours! i took hella good care of these wheels. I'm asking $450 + shipping firm. buy em!

edit: the tires were special ordered and wont be here till next thursday so when i said that the tires are brand new, i really meant brand new.

they are actually my friends because i am selling my 17's to him, and trying to get 95 GSR rims

but i like the weight and the look of the HX's, but i don't like the size of it, and the fact it doesn't clear my STOCK brakes, and putting washers/spacers causes loss of traction and i hate that , but i do like 'em

haha, and......i know how this board is....for 1, my car is a coupe, and it IS clean, and 2, i could careless bout the comments on the z3's.

hx wheels are hardly ghetto, they are light, strong, and clean! just becuase they are not 17s does not mean they are not cool, if you want to maintain a sleeper image then factory is only way to go! my friends and i ONLY use either hx wheels and vx wheels, and we are prolly some of cleanist cars on site, i will try to post pics up soon! btw we use them for drag radiles and r compunds also! good luck, eric

 

i dont know what kind of stock brakes that poisen kid is using, but hx wheels clear gsr front brakes! i know because my friends and i run them! and the spacer things, i have no idea what hes talking about, nethier does he! good luck

 

the brakes i am using are my stock brakes (EX). and I don't know how the HX wheels clear gsr front brakes without washers/spacers, because I can't go anywhere if i take 'em off.

dude you have to simply massage the outer piece of the caliper, its simple and takes about 5 minutes with a dremal tool, use your brain! good luck, eric

 

They had to put 1/4" plates for my HX wheels to clear the front calipers (Si)...

 

come on guys i just put the hx wheels on my 94 Si and i need those damn spacers,what is it you guys use is it a 1/4 inch spacer,i need some help guys and thanks in advance

 

sorry, not gonna modify my brakes to make tiny hx rims clear.

the ones on my car i'm borrowing from my friend anyway because he's buying my other set of rims, and in the mean time, both of us are looking for 94-95 gsr rims to put on my car.

soo, my point is -- not worth it. i'll just run the spacers for now.

 

the hx's clear my 95si's brakes perfectly fine...what are u guys talking about?
