whats a good spring rate for autox

i was wondering whats a good spring rate for either autox/track, but also still driveable for street?

Stock ITR suspension is perfect for autox, track, and street driving...

ya, i kno its good for autox but im looking for something a lil more better, a little more hardcore

I'm running 20% stiffer in front and 30% in rear. Great for autocross and still comfortable for dailydriven

I have seen amazing driving done with stock ITR springs. But, if you really want something stiffer, I know many Tegs who run 400f/600r for autocrossing and daily driving. (I'm not one of them).
