Default Squeeky brakes!

My friends '99 prelude base has REALLY sqeeky brakes. It's so annoying and sounds like white trash. They squeek all the time even when you're braking from 75mph; when under heavy braking they don't squeek but when under normal every day braking they squeek like crazy and it's embarrassing. Anyways, would he just need to replace the pads and what kind of pads would you reccomend for a daily driven car that will sometimes see some hard driving about once a week. TIA

The stock pads should do well, but AEM makes some decent pads for a little more money.

Don't go up to the AEM pads. They are made by the same company that supplies Honda OEM pads, Nissin. I've heard that they aren't much different performance wise. I could be wrong though .

I'm bringing this back from the dead so I don't have to start a new topic. So does squeeky brakes = new brake pads?If so, I am in dire need for some.
