Default Shifter Bushings

I just bought a 94 jdm prelude BB4 (I'm Canadian but live in South Korea), and the shifter is really sloppy. I've searched for some info on urethane bushings, but there doesn't seem to be any available. Is oem the only choice, or am I not looking in the right place?

You can just remove them dude. bolt the shifter plate right down to the metal

That simple, eh? Just the amount I like to pay too. What about the "change lever pivot", the ball that goes in the shifter? Is it necessary to change that, or not worth my time? I'm more used to civics/crxs than ludes. Thanks brotha. tribe called quest kick ***
