Default problems with mini-me

we got everything right..so we thought...the car runs smooth...somtimes it will shut off after driving, timing is set at 12 i believe it ran best there, fuel pressure is at about 48....what went wrong! i ran a 15.7 w/ my stock motor and we put this on and it ran high 16's! whats the deal! agh, this thing....anyone know anything about it?? i used to the pacesetter header i had on my stock head and the stock intake manifold.

on what block d16a6.... what ECU what are you using for VTEC Engagment. What head gasket. THX

ill make sure i got the engine timed right.. u got too much fuel press.... good for vtec, but maybe its flodding u on low end...
what ecu u usiing to engage vtec?? or u using vtec controler??

used a summit rpm activated switch, i wired up a vtec light it comes on at the right time, but not sure vtec is really engaging, im not sure...i dunno what to do anymore....yeah d16a6 block, d16z6 head....

why dont you just direct voiltage the vtec solenoid to see if it works? I forgot how many volts u use tho i think it is 10 v

please tell me you didnt use the pacesetter exhaust system cause those loose you horsepower and my weed wacker sounds 300 perecnt better then your car if you did use it

Yeah set timing to stock setting cause VTEC is timing dependant

i set the fp at 40 and timing at 0 and its the same damn ****. i did hear a clicking when i was playin w/ the switch, so the vtec solenoid is working. i will swap the other manifold on there somtime....gr
