Can anyone confirm, who has recently purchased oem knuckle lower ball joint part # 51220-SK7-013 for DA integra brake swap, that the new part does not have the groove for the circlip??

I contacted Acura and parts mgr confirmed with tech that this is indeed correct, but I wanted to confirm with my fellow honda junkies as well provide this info for anyone else in question. Obviously search for lower ball joint pulls up plenty of threads, but too many to read with little tech info on this particular conundrum.
