alright guys i have started my build and am hoping for great results... after cracking sleeves on two different motors and not even being able to drive the bastards i am not cutting any corners... sending the block off this week to GE for 83mm godzilla sleeves.... the del sol started out being red and i have red jmags on it also... had stock sleeve piston rod motor and cracked sleeve... anyways paint was fading so i am gonna be different... i am painting it army camo via rattle can... i will have pictures on progress and build from start to finish... hopefully be done by end of january mid february with everthing.... tuning will be done by T1 race development...

9:5:1 cp pistons
Eagle rods
Clevite bearings
new oil and water pump
B16 head
Jg edelbrock victor X
supertech valvespring and retainer
stock valves
1000cc injectors
aem fuel rail
freshened up from machine shop
Turbo set up
Ramhorn manifold
3 or 4 inch dp havent decided will be running full exhaust
Tial 44 wg
tial 50 mm bov
2.5 cold side piping and back door on turbo side
basic oil line kit
traction bars
either gonna run a 35 r , t3 t67, or t3 t61?
Tranny
Gsr w ls 5th
obx lsd
stage 5 clutch

Did the car have airbags or something..? Whats up with the cut shock towers?

when i bought the car it was like that... i guess the people were to lazy to lift car to adjust the camber kit so they cut a hole to adjust it... the world may never know... hoping to do a huge wire tuck... any insight would be nice on the tuck i have read page after page on the wire tuck thread

Yeah, I kind of made an opened comment, I guess I should've been clear how I was directing it. I was saying it because the prior owner cut out the strut towers, I wasn't saying anything negative against your build.

ya i painted them... as soon as my intercooler arrives i will be welding my bov flange onto the hotside entank... and then painting it also.... the car will be a olive green color with the black and tan blotches....

what can i do to eleminate the small fuel line in the engine bay???? i will be running a walbro if that matters it has a small bend in it and i would rather make it all look alot nicer... wanting to have a clean engine bay... im not gonna weld it up but i am gonna try to make it look nice..

They have small fittings that convert hard line to a/n stainless braided line. Search around in the FI forum, it was posted about three months ago.

got the hard fuel lines cut and ready to convert to SS lines... need to get some of those bolts for distributing power from one side of firewall to the other...similar to distribution block but its a bolt style... cant seem to find any

that would be extremely hard to powdercoat a camo pattern...if you could even do it at all.
