I recently did a v-tec swap on my 88 EF and I'm having problems getting it to fire up. I did the MPFI swap with a PR3. I bought a new coil thinking this was the problem but it still wont fire. The motor turns over and fuel is being delivered but it still wont start. Please help me.

 

spark and compression?

 

I get a spark to the plugs. compression unknown

 

the motor is a D15B. I've checked all my grounds, main relay, checked and rechecked and tripple checked my harness and its driving me insane. any help or direction will help. I think i'm getting a weak spark from my distibutor but not sure. Please help.

 

if you have spark and fuel and it's turning over, your only options left are compression and timing. check both and report findings.
