I did a little searching but couldn't turn up much.

I am going to be getting a semi built b18b, just the motor as far as I know , although I am sure that if I needed a little more I could get it (the motor is coming out of an integra, so the rest of the parts are still in it)

I am relativly new to the Honda world, but not the car world. All my experience has been on Subarus.

What else will I need besides the motor to do this swap. Can I keep the same trans?

I would like to know what I am going to need now, so I can prepare everything before I actually go to drop the engine in. (Might even try to start setting up the turbo setup)

The civic now has a b16 and runs OBDII

why swap out the b16? and u can use all the mounts and the si tranny to with the b18
for another wrb bugeye

yeah I love my suby ... but I am looking to build a show/drag civic :D


si tranny? what is the stock tranny in my civic called? Im swapping it because I want something bigger and better

thats cool. you said the civic already has a b16 in it then keep that tranny and put it on the b18. or you can do a ls/vtec and use the b18 block and the b16 head and keep the b16 tranny. just a few suggestions. Search ls/vtec on here
