Default Main/Tender Spring Setup for DD...

This is for my daily driven Prelude. I have a set of SPSS3 Konis left over from when I raced it. At this point I have the OEM suspension on the car, I'm looking to lower the car without giving up much ride quality. In the past with 450F/450R it was stiffer than I wanted on the street. I've also had an Eibach Pro-Kit on the car... I liked the ride quality (with OTS Koni), but that setup is lower than I would like.

Here is what I'm looking for:
So I'm looking for height adjust ability (more than the Koni clips) with the feel of progressive rate springs. I would really prefer a threaded sleeve of some sort.

#1 I was thinking of trying to use either some Koni or GC 2.25" sleeves and trying to get them to work with the OEM springs (spring seat issues might stop this).

#2 I'm also considering just running lower rate linear springs on the front and rear, not sure if the lower rate will get me the ride quality I'm looking for. Maybe my old 450F/450R setup is scaring me way from just doing this.

#3 Go with some 300# linear springs on the front, and a main-tender (2.25" 5"-300# main & 2.79"-150# tender) spring combo on the rear to get the progressive feel. It seems that most of the harshness is going to come from the rear of the car. Is anyone else running a setup like this?

#4 I've also seen progressive springs from Eibach (available in there Pro-S systems) with flat bottoms on the springs for use with there threaded sleeves, does anyone know if they sell those separately?

Thoughts, experiences?

IIRC the Neuspeed Koni's offer 5 circlip positions, as opposed to the 3 of the regular Koni Yellows, otherwise they are the same. I'm not sure if Koni still offers though but I'd say that + some progressive rate lowering spring with a less aggressive drop would fit the bill.

I have the Neuspeed Konis, they do have 5 slots, but the additional 2 are just between the stardard 3 slots.
