stripping interior, spraying with enamel rustoleum rattle can.. advice please
So over Thanksgiving break I plan on stripping the rest of my 96 civic coupe interior and spray the whole inside with enamel rustoleum rattle can paint.. I've already painted my bumpers with it and it matches my stock paint job surprisingly well, and I ride with no rear interior from the front seats back.. so i'd like for it to actually looks nice.
so here's my question, how should I prep it for the paint to come out looking nice and not chip or scratch easily?

That's going be hard when you move things back and forth, until the paint cures. My friend did his hatch, he just sanded the whole interior einoth so the primier will stick. For the rust, we used scotch-brite paint and rust removal disc or use remover solvent. There is quite some work to all this. Not skratching it is almost impossible, almost every car I seen that painted there interior has got skratch from installs. Unless someone else here has a different method like using a rag or something to help?

Clean and degreased and dewaxed, sanding or a type of paint that etches well all by itself, that will cost more of course. Dust free, my old man uses ZipStrip to clean with.
Are you able to take pics, how far down did you take it all apart, I am looking for Air Conditioning photos, the back side of the main control unit so you can see all the wire colors going into each pin location, maybe just two angles and some other stuff inside dealing with the AC also, are you able to post pics please. Huge project I am building a DIY Tutorial.
