Default Steam Coming From Oil Refill

So, after discovering a plastic bag seared itself to my headers, I decided to add a little oil to my leaky engine. I open the refill hole and a little bit of what seems to be steam comes out. Could that mean there is a gasket problem? (head gasket)

Not likely...head gasket problems are overheating, burning oil, burning coolant, loosing compression, etc.

Adding oil with it hot will do that. No big deal.
