My car has the factory 290CC fuel injectors in it. If I were to replace the 290CC injectors with 310CC injectors, would I need any type of air/fuel controller, or would the factory ECU compensate for the slightly bigger injectors in its stock form?

 

you'd need something to scale them down a bit or else you will be running too rich. the stock computer won't do it for you.
