Ok here's the deal, I have a 94 civic lx 4d with a d15b7 mt, equipped with ABS. I have replaced the distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, fuel pump main relay, clutch and flywheel. My problem is that I cannot redline my engine, it cuts off at 5500 rpm. I was wondering if anyone could possibly know what might cause this? Thanks in advance.
