dog gears? I've heard of dog teeth but i've never heard that. Are you referring to the synchros or the actual gears themselves?

JAS in Italy makes straight cut dog gears for the DC5 / Si but they aint cheep. 1st - 5th gear are straight cut and 6th is left alone so when yer high-way cruising the noise is kept to a minimum.
