I swapped the motor out of my 92' Integra Ls into a 95' EG8 Civic Lx 4-door. I wanted to know if the speed sensor out of a 94'+ Integra Ls hydro trans. would fit into the 92' Integra cable transmission to get my speedometer to work. I swapped the 92' Integra clutch pedal cluster into the civic and the clutch cable, now just need to get a speed sensor that doesn't operate off of a cable and use electronic signal. I figured that the 94'+ Integras have the electronic speed sensor because.... the transmission fits and the speedometer plugs in. I can't stand hydrolic clutches and I want my speedometer to work. any way I can swap out the cable operated speed sensor for the electronic one??????????????????????????

 

yes it will. when i bought my ys1 tranny it had a electric speed sensor on it. you should be good.
