Question about rims fitting on a 1990 crx
i was wondering if anyone knew how easily motegi mr 7, 16x7'' wheels with a42 mm offset would fit on a 90 crx? think i will need a spacer? and how will all my clearances and and turning be?
just use 195/45 or 205/40-16 and that fitment should be fine. i honestly think 15" would be a better size but whatever floats your boat..have fun
the only difference that i know of is that the sidewalls of the tires will be lower profile on the 16" meaning less rim protection and slightly rougher ride
Fittment should be fine. There's not a huge difference between 15's and 16's. you will have a slightly rougher ride but you will have a quicker response in turns. 16's will weigh a little more than 15's, but you get a little better look out of 16's IMO. If you were going from 15's to 17's or 18's, expect to really notice a difference but 15's to 16's won't be bad at all.
well iam currently running the stock 13" steeleys, so im expecting a rougher ride but i was just wondering if id run into any fitments or technical issuess
