Default 1992 honda accord engine surge

the accord has 225,000 on it. runs awesome, but, when i travel on the highway at like 65mph,the engine goes up and down 3 to 4 hundred rpm's. it sounds like it trys to downshift slighty.and mostly does it going up a slight incline please let me know if there is a fix. bruce v the engine is not v-tec but stock 4 cyl i guess and 4speed automatic tranny.
