Stock wheels vs After market wheels when Selling a Car !
I am planning to sell my car soon and I need some word of advice or opinions.
Is it easier to sell a car with stocks wheels or with after market wheels such as volks (etc.) So basically would YOU rather buy a car with stock factory wheels or after market wheels when buying a car.
If you rather buy a car with stock wheels.. why?
If you rather buy a car with after market wheels already on it.. why?
Thx ahead guys!! And if you guys have any word of advice on how to sell a car (for example what to post and what not to post), I would like to hear that as well.
P.S I am talking about a 2000 Honda Civic SI here, but you guys can generalize it to any car if you want.

When sellling your car with aftermarket wheels it narrows your buyers down to people who
A) Like the car B) Are interested in modding and C) Like your wheels
When selling your car with OEM wheels your only limited to people who
A) Like the car
However, in the classic case of the SI(especially used), most buyers are interested in modding and most will probably have some respect for wheels such as Volks.
Good luck with the sale

And you might get more money out of the deal if you sell it with stock wheels and then sell the aftermarket ones seperately if they are of high value.
