what is it and where does this go to??
when i bought my 99SI a while back i found this in the glove compartement always wondered what it was i have no idea where this goes to???
ok so i found some print on one says h3 12v 55w ?? the hell is it lol

yea i got fogs but they dont work and one of them needs to be wired got torn off from a trucks tired exploding infront of me and huge shards of tire going under my car
