got a turbo d16 Ill start from the begining. I took my cleaned and honed d16a6 block and i rebuilt with new bearings (ACLs) crank has been cleaned and polised. then i took my d16y8 head off my blown y8 (spun rod bearing) head was in good shape no valvetrain noise. put the y8 head on a6 block got it running and the head has lots of vavletrain noise. well i drove in town for about 50 miles it ran fine with good oil pressure. then the car was parked for 2 days at work started it up it was cold out but oil pressure seemed ok. i was driving home and noticed oil pressure was not were it normaly is when i got home the oil pressure was down to 10 psi idleing. i havent touch since. i just wanted to see what someone else thought.
