he was not 100% honest... the tranny has a cracked case. he also said he'd pay-pal me 100 since it was messed up last week and still has not responded to my pm's. tried calling him today, but no answer

(4:24 PM 11/12/2007) blackSi_sd: i wasnt aware of the crack. when i sold it there was no crack. my mechanic inspected it before i sold it while it was on the car & when he took it out, all that was wrong was the 2nd gear & clutch needed to be replaced.

(6:18 PM 11/13/2007) eg6typeRbeeotch: yea, i understand. but like you jus said, your mechanic inspected it while it was IN the car still. i put it on my work bench and inspected where the silicon was on the casing on the trans, and there was a crack inside the housing underneath that. i will let you know what i want to do in a day or so. i'm looking at it to see if it's worth repairing the gears, and get a new housing. ill let you kno ASAP tho. also thanks for responding, and not bein an *** about the situation !
