What is the difference between the H4-1 and H4-2 bulbs? Which kit would I need for a 99 Civic and also does the kit allow high and low beams?

one is just the low beams and no high beams the other one is low beams in hid and halogen high beams

i alrdy have a HID kit but my bulb went out, am i able to buy ur bulb for my hid? its a Xetronic ballast 9006 size. If so, how much for the bulbs 8000k?
