Default gauge cluster lighting problems

Well as of late my crx gauge cluster seems to not be lighting up all the way. At night with the lights on all of the needles do not light up. The gauges themselves light up but the needles dont, making it hard for me to see my exact speed, rpm ect. I took the cluster out and switched some bulbs around to see if that would make a difference which it didnt. Looking for some insite on this. thanks

And you've tried changing the bulds at the top of your cluster that shines light onto the needles? They are at the very top of your cluster, big white square with 2 bulbs in it. Can't miss it (with the cluster out).
