Well i dont mean coilover sleeves those are pretty much universal. I'm talking about real deal holyfield coilovers like tein.

Found this in the faqs here you go
http://www.ef-honda.com/ben/EFhybridsus.php If you go to a coilover manufacturers website check out the part number and see if the ef and the ek are the same.
