1992 Honda Civic LX hydrocarbons won't pass e-test
Help..getting frustrated. 1992 Honda Civic LX...won't pass e-test..hydrocarbons to high.
I have replaced catalytic converter, pcv valve, plugs,wires, air filter, oil change and oil filter, muffler, oxygen sensor. yet each time have the emissions test run the hydro carbons have gone up..Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
