Default D15 and D16 differences????

just a question, i am building a d16 from bottom up, (it gunna be on a turbo) to replace the d15b1 in my 88 civic hatch, i know that the whole drivetrain was replaced last year, rebuilt tranny, cv's shift linkage and bushings so i would like to stick with that tranny if can, for sake of my wallet and potential problems, so i guess all i need to know is if the 16 will bolt right up to the 15 tranny

Where it gets tricky is the flywheel combo. They are different sizes. Not sure but I believe the splines are different.
