I was wondering if anyone know where i can get a new valve cover i have looked but i haven't found one. I only end up with the gaskets only.

Junkyard, ebay, ask local carshops.
Any valve covers you find online (from name brands) are fairly expensive for aesthetic reasons. Id just search "civic valve cover" on ebay, your bound to come up with ppl selling used ones.
