how to identify some Type R parts ..HELP !!!!!!!

I'm in the process of purchasing a SIR Integra, the present owner stated that the car has in an ITR block and gearbox... How do i confirm this ?
The block will be hard to confirm if it's just the bottom end since it will be stamped B18C no matter what. If it's the shortblock, the head will be stamped with PR3-x (x = 1,2,3,or 4). And from another post I made....
