a friend of mine just got an 05 600rr, perfect condition with 5000 miles for $6200 including 2 extra jackets, pit pull stands(front and rear), A* gloves, and a bunch of spare parts

i had the opportunity to get a modified 06 with 4k miles in mint condition for 6500
i think you may want to ask more around 5000-5500 tops
and put it on cycletrader, it should go quick

worth a shot....but im taking offers for now and the highest i got so far is $5500..im not sure if he's serious....but like i said, just tryin to see what i can get for it but ima let it go cheaper than 6400 for sure..

When selling something who would NOT put a high *** price? You know there's gonna be low ballers so setting a high price shouldn't be a shock to you people. 5000 i would buy it if you drive it up here to norcal

there's a difference in a "high *** price" and a joke. that was a joke.
there's nothing wrong with a buyer wanting to get 100 bucks for a item, so he's advertising it for 110. just so the seller has room to negotiate, and the seller would be able to go back on it, and still not loose sleep. he was asking for like 130... 140.
its a 4 yr old bike. he's gunna have to let it go for under 5. especially when the 08's are out, and you can get a new one for under 10.

i've seen some sold around 7-8 grand at 600rr. net.
two grand more (compared to 03-04's) and you can get a brand new bike pretty much, with the current year/newer model (08's).
