Default Better results?

I'm debating whether to add a strut bar and rear sway bar, or change my struts and springs. Which pairing gives better handling? I plan on tracking my car next month, and more afterwards. Oh yeah, my car is bone stock just for more info. Thanx for your help.

Springs and struts are going to give you a bigger performance upgrade, as long as you buy proper parts. Anti-sway bars don't help much in a car with a high center of gravity.
